How We Work
We feel it is important to come and visit you to give you a quote for your move rather than agreeing a price on the phone or email because it means we won’t undercharge you and more importantly for you we won’t overcharge you! We can accurately provide you with the best possible price. Here’s how it works…
Step 1
You get in contact with us and we can arrange for a member of the team to visit you in your home at a mutually convenient time. We'll then be able to provide you with a free quote after discussing all of your requirements and assessing the size of the load. We are happy to provide different prices for different options, for example, supplying boxes and packing materials, or using our part or full packing service.
Step 2
Should you decide to use our services then the next step will be discussing dates. We appreciate that sometimes it isn't possible to give an exact date until you are further along in the process. We just ask that you keep us updated and as soon as you are ready to book a date in, you contact us so that we can discuss availability.
Step 3
We find that most people choose to do their own packing, however, we can offer a full or part packing service if required, or simply some good advice! Our best piece of advice would be to pack the kettle last and unpack it first! We can also provide you with boxes and packing materials.
Step 4
When it comes to the day of the move it is important that access to both properties is made as easy as possible and we need to be aware of any restrictions or parking permits required in advance. It is also a good idea to inform your neighbours of your moving date so they know what to expect!
Step 5
We provide as many removal men as you'll need. Our team will arrive with you at the agreed time, introduce themselves and begin! We will lay floor protector in both your old and new house when required at no extra cost.
Steps 6
We'll be there with you from start to finish and will do our very best to ensure the move goes as smoothly as possible. Our aim is to make it as STRESS FREE as we can for you.
